Greenfields Church Consulting is pleased to announce that following a facilitated self-study and a strategic regional search, Murfreesboro Baptist Church has called the Rev. Dr. Mark Gaskins as their new Pastor.
Working closely with Greenfields, the pastor search committee identified Dr. Gaskins as a leader who embodies their values and vision for the future. Rachel Peterson, search committee chair, noted that “JoAnn and Mark have been an AMAZING addition to the church and community. God sent us the perfect gift in them! Murfreesboro Baptist Church, a Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) congregation located in northeastern North Carolina, is searching for its next pastor. Salary and benefit packages will be commensurate with education, experience, and degree of fit with the Murfreesboro Baptist community, but will be competitive and will seek to respect the candidate’s gifts and achievements. Starting salary and housing allowance will range from $60,000-$75,000, with benefits including Retirement contribution, Health, Life and Disability Insurance, Sabbatical leave, Medical Insurance, and Vacation leave time, and more.
